Finance Assistant (30-Hours Per Week) job summary

The role will be based at Kings Leadership Academy Warrington, Hillock Ln, Woolston, Warrington, WA1 4PF.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing purchase invoices and maintaining supplier records using Iris Financials software.
- Supporting the Finance Team to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Managing supplier relationships and reconciling statements.
- Contributing to informed financial decisions through accurate data and analysis.
- Handling credit card expenditures and ensuring precise financial documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
Financial experience (essential), AAT Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
Strong IT and Excel skills
A detail-oriented, organised and proactive mindset
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Integrity, professionalism and a drive to make a difference
