Finance Assistant, based at Hadrian Learning Trust, Hexham
Permanent Contract
Support Staff contract, Band 3.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated individual to provide efficient and effective financial and administrative support to assist staff across the Trust and ensure accurate and secure day-to-day financial management. You must understand how to work effectively in a busy environment, enjoy working as part of a team but be willing to use your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Some experience of maintaining and operating financial and administrative systems is preferred.
The successful candidate will be supported to study towards the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) suite of qualifications through on the job training. Initially this will be the Level 2 qualification and there are progression opportunities to Levels 3 and 4 for the right candidate.

We are a large and flourishing high school set in the historical market town of Hexham and are co-located with Hexham Middle School as part of Hadrian Learning Trust.
