Finance Assistant – To Start 24 February 2025


Job type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Term Time Only - 22.5 hours per week

Must be available to cover school office & answer school phones as and when needed

The Finance Assistant will be employed to support the Office Manager and school in its effective discharge of financial matters in accordance with procedures, policy and the legal framework.

About you

We wish to appoint someone who:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong public facing/customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Is well organised with excellent IT Skills.
  • The ability to respond well to unexpected changes on a daily basis.
  • GCSE A-C or 4-9 in English and Maths
  • Has experience in Finance
  • Has worked in a school office before
  • Has numerical accuracy and excellent attention to detail
