Finance & HR Administrator job summary

We are seeking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective Finance & HR Administrator to support the Academy Business Partner in an interesting and varied role which is essential to the operational effectiveness of our school. You will be joining a dedicated, supportive and committed staff in an academy where achieving the very best for all of our children is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Requirements

Are you:

- An effective communicator with excellent organisational skills

- - Experienced in the use of IT including Microsoft applications

- - Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise and organise workload in a busy school environment

- - Able to work on your own initiative when required, seeking appropriate solutions

Do you:

- Have a positive, can do attitude

- Have experience of working in a busy office environment

- - Have experience of engaging with a variety of stakeholders

- - Have high expectations of yourself, colleagues and children
