Working Hours – 37 hours per week / 42 weeks per year (TTO + 3 weeks)

The successful candidate will:
Support Academies with budget planning, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring financial decisions align with the Trust’s strategic goals.
Ensure all Academies meet necessary financial and audit standards as outlined in the Academy Handbook and local regulations.
Collaborate with school leadership teams to develop financial strategies, provide monthly budget updates, and assist in preparing reports for the Trust’s Finance Committee.
Aid in preparing, monitoring, and adjusting Academy budgets, advising on variations, and ensuring effective use of resources.
The Finance Manager will work closely with the CFO and Finance Officers to ensure smooth day to day running of the financial function, ensuring that the Trust and Academies continue to grow and succeed.
