Finance Officer job summary
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round
Contract: fixed term until 31st December 2025 or secondment for an internal candidate - possibility of becoming permanent pending review of organisation requirements
Location: Chatteris - hybrid working available to suit the appointee and needs of the Trust. It is possible that this position could be completed remotely, but there is the expectation that the postholder can travel to Chatteris, or any other Trust school, as required.
We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled finance administrator who has a real passion for supporting our academies. A sound knowledge and experience of financial processes is essential. Being a proficient user of Iplicit accounting software would be a distinct advantage. This post is fixed term to provide additional capacity for 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The role will involve supporting colleagues in the Finance Directorate to deliver a high-quality service to our academies, through the provision of strong finance systems and practices.
