Finance Officer job summary
Acer Trust, a multi-academy trust based in Oxfordshire, presents an enticing opportunity within our Central Finance Team. This position will involve providing comprehensive support to the central team and overseeing the Trust's finances in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As an integral part of our Central team, this role is instrumental in delivering top-notch financial services, ensuring precision and efficacy in our financial operations to optimize the Trust's financial resources. This role can be carried out from any of our Hub offices offering convenience and flexibility.
We seek candidates with robust financial acumen and experience, coupled with impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, who aspire to advance their careers in finance within a nurturing and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit enthusiasm, focus, diligence, and a proactive attitude. Demonstrable experience in a financial capacity is essential, along with either holding a relevant qualification or displaying a willingness to pursue one. Previous involvement in school finance is advantageous.
