Full-time equivalent salary
- Scale from £12,59 per hour to £13,46 per hour to increase each year after annual performance management. If relevant experience could start on higher end of scale.
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to start on 04/11/24. You will have the responsibility of leading the school’s finances. Therefore, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the budget e.g. processing all orders.You will also be responsible for the month end process and the budget setting and amending. You will produce written reports for governors. You will process staffing details for their pay. The job description suggests that you will have experience in these matters, however, there is training available so this is not necessarily needed. You will also manage the staff in the office, undertake significant office duties and be responsible for health and safety and building management and maintenance. Office experience is highly preferred. NVQ is not necessarily needed. This is a very important role with highly significant responsibilities.

We are seeking to appoint a teacher for a maternity leave. Start date will be 13/01/25 and end date will be end of the Summer term 2025. However, for the correct candidate this will be extended until 16/12/25.Ideally the candidate would also be willing to be SENCO during this time, but this is not necessary.
