Finance Operations Lead job summary
Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Operations Lead to join its Central team based at All Saints CE Primary School, Sapcote. The Finance and Operations Lead will support the Director of Finance and Operations to deliver efficient and accurate financial operations across the Trust.
This role reports to the Director of Finance and Operations. The purpose of the role is to deliver efficient and accurate financial operations across the Trust, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and effective use of finance systems. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity of financial data, managing payments, managing and responding to payroll and pensions queries, supporting payroll accuracy, and contributing to the preparation of school and Trust budgets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Finance Operations Lead to join our highly committed, supportive IPAT Central team. The successful applicant will be:

Inspiring Primary Academy Trust (IPAT) caters for children from 4 to 11 years of age. We are an established Trust of schools set up in June 2017 . IPAT is an ambitious, values-led, Church of England multi-academy trust serving local communities in South and West Leicestershire. The Trust comprises 9 schools.
