First Federation Trust - School Improvement Officer job summary
First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools across Devon and West Dorset is seeking to appoint a School Improvement Officer.
Following the promotion of the previous post holder, we are delighted to be able to advertise for a full time, permanent school improvement officer.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting school leaders to develop and implement their plans for improvement.
- Provide professional support for academies and all staff to ensure that they attain the highest standards and rates of progress possible.
- Provide outstanding leadership on school improvement which ensures continuing improvement and success with a focus on accelerating and sustaining pupil progress.
This post is being offered as a full time position; flexible working options will be considered.
Suitable applicants will have the following experience
- Recent multi-school leadership experience
- Recent experience as Head of School
- Minimum three years as a Head of School.
- Evidence of sustained school improvement impact in one or more schools.
- Relevant leadership qualifications/ designation: MA, NPQH, NPQEL, LLE, SLE.
