Fixed term teacher for one year job summary

We are looking to recruit a full time teacher for a fixed term of 1 year due to a secondment of one of our teaching staff. The teacher will be responsible for a Key Stage 2 class working as part of a year group team.

Withinfields Primary School is a community school in the village of Southowram which is close to Halifax town centre. We have a Nursery and two classes in each year group from Reception to year 6. We pride ourselves on strong relationships between all members of our school community and have a strong reputation for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Our most recent Ofsted report noted the strong staff morale that existed which is due to the team ethos that we encourage.
