About Us:

Our dedicated trust-wide team is committed to delivering outstanding excellent efficient and effective education. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Administrator to join our central team. You will be predominately be working at the Trust Office, Montgomery Road, but may be required to work across all of the Raedwald Trust settings including Bury St Edmunds.
Role Overview:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our trust by supporting various business functions as directed by the CFO. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day finance, HR and wider operations for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and files (both physical and digital).
- Support our academy teams with administrative tasks, including compliance routines, managing correspondence, and preparing documentation.
- Handling inquiries from all of our stakeholders with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of management documentation related to our core functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and associated software to streamline operations and maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance our services and business operations.
