Forest School Assistant job summary

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Forest School Leader to deliver exciting and engaging outdoor learning sessions. You will support children of all ages, help prepare and run activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment.

3 hours per week - pay Point 5 - £13.26 p/h

We are looking for someone who:

Has a Level 2 Forest School qualification (or willingness to work towards it). The school, however, is prepared to fund this.

Holds Paediatric Outdoor First Aid and Food Hygiene Level 2 certificates. The school, however, is prepared to fund this.

Is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to the ethos of Forest School.

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Can inspire children through outdoor play and exploration.
