Forest School Leader job summary
Ashgate Croft is a large and complex area special school. We provide education and care for pupils with learning difficulties, including autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication behavioural and physical needs.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated Forest School Leader to support access to learning for pupils in our Forest School and outdoor areas. To plan and prepare Forest School sessions which develop resilience, perseverance, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills, whilst promoting learning in an outdoor environment and the ethos of Forest Schools.

This is a temporary position linked to MAT cover and is for 26 hours over 4 days per week (flexible on what days you will work) for 39 weeks per year with an estimated start date during March 2025. Working times will be 8.45m - 3.45pm. Part-time will be considered if you can't commit to 4 days.
