An exciting opportunity to shape something special…

East Ruston Infant School & Nursery is a small, nurturing and ambitious school with big ideas and a strong reputation for providing a warm, family centred environment for children aged 2-7.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, creative and dedicated Forest School Leader & Nursery Practitioner to join our small but mighty team! Someone who believes wholeheartedly in the power of outdoor learning and wants to help shape an exciting and growing Forest School provision.

Join us and be part of a team where your passion, creativity and commitment will be truly valued and where the impact you make will be seen every single day.

What we can offer you:

  • The chance to lead and grow a Forest School project from the ground up, using high quality tools, resources and well established woodland and outdoor areas.

  • A vibrant early years environment where outdoor learning is highly valued and embedded in daily practice.

  • A close knit, supportive and experienced team that works collaboratively, shares success and values every member's contribution.

  • Wonderful children who love being outside, exploring nature and learning through play.

  • Professional development and support, including Forest School training if needed.

  • A role where your creativity, initiative and passion for early years and outdoor learning will be seen every day.
