Contract: Fixed Term, 20 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (4 x 5 hour days)
Salary: ALT Grade F Points 16-19, £27269 - £29093 FTE
Actual Salary: £12325.27 - £13149.69

About the role:
This is a dual role with 2 days at Gusford and 2 days at Hillside. This role is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- To deliver forest school / outdoor learning to groups/whole classes
- Plan, prepare and deliver specified learning activities to individuals, groups and/or classes modifying and adapting activities as necessary
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is passionate about the outdoors
- Forms positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- Is reflective and always seeking to improve outcomes for children
- Who is confident in dealing with pupils
