What skills and experience we're looking for

Who has a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification  Who is a positive role model who inspires and fosters a love of learning in all pupils  Who is able to plan, prepare and deliver purposeful and productive activities for children, differentiated if necessary, however it is vitally important to foster a child-led approach when making activities available  Who is prepared to innovate and devise imaginatively varied ways of teaching the forest school experience to children.  Who is able to encourage and show enthusiasm for their subjects indoors and outside and in the forest school sessions.  Who promotes positive management of behaviour in the Forest School environment, establishes routines and boundaries to ensure the safety and good behaviour of the children.  Who maintains confidentiality on all information relating to individual members of staff, pupils and academy matters.  Who is able to provide high quality teaching and learning  Who has excellent skills in communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.  Who is able to understand how different pupils learn and the barriers some face to their learning.
