  • Has a secure knowledge and understanding of either the EYFS or KS1 curriculum.
  • Has a good understanding of children with SEN and the systems in place to support children with complex needs.

What the TLR entails:-

  • To take a lead role and jointly manage our established and highly effective Foundation Stage team
  • To support our experienced SENCO in a deputy role to develop the strategic leadership of SEND across the school
  • To complete relevant paperwork, referrals for children with more complex needs in KS1 and monitor progress.

Intake Primary School has a long and proud history as it was first opened in 1884 and has now achieved over 135 years of educational service to the local community.
