We are looking to extend our team of professionals who bring interest, ideas and enthusiasm to match that of the Trust, Governors and the current Staff.

Rugby Free Primary School is a 4-11 school which opened in September 2015 with three Reception classes in a newly refurbished building in Central Park. We welcome children of all abilities and from all backgrounds. We are non-selective, non-denominational and are free for all to attend. We provide a high quality local school with an exciting and broad curriculum

In September 2021, we will be in our 7th year of operation and for the first time, have a school which is full from Reception to Year 6. We are really excited about this final development and having all primary years at the school.

As an experienced teacher, you will be able to demonstrate a record of excellent practice in the classroom, commitment to CPD and coaching others and innovative curriculum ideas.

As an NQT, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to your professional development and recognise this exciting opportunity which will provide a solid foundation for your career. You will be ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to embrace the opportunities that a new school in a growing Trust can offer.

The successful candidate will be supported by a senior leadership team who have the highest ambitions for the school, its children and its staff. We will support the successful candidate in their professional development and progression will be fully supported and nurtured.

There may be leadership opportunities within the school for September 2021, particularly with the phase leadership of EYFS and Year 1 and 2. These opportunities will be advertised internally, however, the successful candidates will be welcome to apply for these positions too.
