The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children, be a team player with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).

  • Experience of working effectively in a high-quality nursery setting.
  • Have a sound knowledge of the requirements of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Able to inspire our pupils with enthusiasm and a love of learning.
  • Able to encourage learning and development, through play and teaching.
  • Plan activities and develop the provision to support learning and engagement.
  • Create a secure environment, through play and teaching.
  • Can work with parents and carers to support their children.
  • Monitor progress to enable effective planning.
  • Communicate effectively with children, colleagues and parents.
