What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who:
Inspires pupils and takes an aspirational approach to teaching and learning
Is committed to delivering a broad and balanced curriculum which ensures that our pupils acquire the key concepts and skills in each subject area
Strives to be a highly effective teacher and provides opportunities for all children to experience success
Shares our commitment to develop the whole child by promoting personal development and explicitly teaching our pupils strategies to stay physically and mentally healthy
Is a proactive team member committed to whole school development
Is an effective organiser with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Has experience of teaching in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and/or 2 and has secure knowledge of curriculum and assessment processes
Will support the Christian ethos of our school and strive to live out our values
Understands their moral and statutory duty to keep our pupils safe
