What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a creative, caring and forward-thinkingteacher, determined to achieve the best possible outcomes for our pupils; who will reward them with enthusiasm, encouragement, humour, time and attention. The successful candidate will bewell organised, have a consistent approach, with the ability to work well with others and lead a team of classroom staff. Experience of working in a special school setting is desirable but not essential.
