The role and
responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
the day to day running of the school’s Future Focus Centre students with the
implementation of processes and procedures to achieve this
the delivery and assessment of an appropriate academic curriculum in half
termly blocks for the students in the Centre through liaison with relevant
subject teachers/directors of faculty
and delivering appropriate behaviour
modification strategies and programmes for the students in the Centre
strategies to work in partnership with students, parents/carers, faculties and
Heads of Year to facilitate the transition of students back into mainstream
- Liaise with alternative providers
- Create exit reportsto show the impact of
the provision and also targets for the future
create and deliver a behaviour curriculum
set up systems to reward positive behaviour and sanction negative behaviour
within the Centre
