Future Headteacher job summary
We are seeking talented educationalists and leaders to come and help shape the future of our Trust for generations to come by providing exceptional school leadership. We will develop a personalised plan based on your skills and experience to prepare you rapidly for Headship.
These are permanent positions which will allow you to:
Work with, and gain experience from, different Senior Leadership teams across our Trust. Be provided with coaching from external coaches Be provided with both internal and external Headteacher mentoring and support Be part of our Headteachers network, meeting every three weeks Have the opportunity to work across our schools and take on Strategic Projects. Be offered a priority selection place for SW100 Attend concentrated short placements and study tours with some of the best Trusts in the country (Dixons, Cabot, Reach)
