General Administrator & Reprographics Assistant job summary
Position: General Administrator & Reprographics Assistant
Working: Term Time only 24-30 hours p/w. The role is 5-days per week, hours to be discussed at interview.
Start date: 8th Ja nuary 2024
Contract: This is a permanent position
Grade: 5 or 6 depending on skills and experience.
Salary: Pro-rata salary for this role would be:
Grade 5 (24 hours): £12,780-£13,212
Grade 5 (30 hours): £15,976-£16,515
Grade 6 (24 hours): £13,434-£14,615
Grade 6 (30 hours): £16,793-£18,269
The post-holder also has access to the local government pension scheme

The Post
We are
looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our main office team of 3 other
administrative staff. You would be part of a friendly and supportive team who
work closely together to ensure the smooth-running of the school.
The
successful applicant will be someone who works well in a team, can prioritise
and is able to work flexibly with colleagues. Good communication skills are
essential as the post holder will work closely with staff, students and parents
as well as external providers.
Commitment
to the core values of the school and to the importance of your own professional
development are essential.
The exact
role and responsibilities will be discussed at interview and will be subject to
candidate’s relevant skills and expertise.
