General Kitchen and LunchtimeAssistant job summary
This role is for 15 hours a week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 training days)
Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team? We are looking for a Kitchen and Lunchtime Assistant to join our friendly school catering team at Euler Academy
About the RoleAs a Kitchen Assistant you’ll help prepare and serve meals to our pupils, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive lunchtime experience for our children.
Key Duties-
Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and serving of meals

Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas

Washing up and clearing away after service

Complying with food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Supporting the cook and other team members as required

Friendly, approachable, and a good team player

Able to follow instructions and work to deadlines

Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Reliable and punctual

Experience in a kitchen or catering environment is desirable (training will be provided)
