General Secondary Teacher
Stevenage ESC are currently recruiting for a dynamic, inspirational and creative teacher. This supportive, professional and forward thinking provision caters for young people who have been excluded from schools. Our job is to re-engage them with education so that they can have a successful future.
To be successful in this role, the applicant must be a strong team player who can work off their own initiative whilst remaining a confident, empathetic and positive character in the Centre.
This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate, who will be developing the provision of an exciting KS3 and KS4 curriculum to engage students in class. The successful applicants’ specialism will be utilised. You will be joining a dedicated team of inspirational educators who always put young people at the heart of everything they do.
As a Centre we put a strong emphasis on developing our staff. For the successful candidate there is the opportunity for personal growth and development. We are committed to providing every member of staff with ample opportunities to expand their expertise, enhance their skills and take on leadership responsibilities.
Applications are welcome from Primary and Secondary school teachers. Preference will be given to the right person irrespective of previous experience in a specialist setting.
