This position will suit an ECT or experienced Teacher who wants to work with a friendly staff body who are appreciative of each other. The successful candidate will have the personal tenacity to ensure that every student succeeds in their learning and that whole school policies are fully implemented and modelled. You must be flexible, imaginative, ambitious and a skilled professional, who is committed to raising the achievement of every student in the classroom.
Falmouth School is the base school for this casual assignment but there may be opportunities to support at the other schools within the Trust by mutual agreement.
