General Teaching Assistant job summary

Nursery GTA, term time only
Maternity Cover

Initial hours: 17.5hour hours per week
Monday to Friday 12noon – 3.30pm

This post is offered as a Variable Hours maternity cover contract minimum 12 hours – maximum 26 hours as the opportunity for additional hours may quickly become available

An enthusiastic part time GTA is required to start asap on a variable hours maternity cover contract to July 2022. Applications are welcome from those with relevant experience with an early years Level 2 / Level 3 qualification being preferable.

Your role will involve working alongside other early years practitioners in the school nursery, under the direction of the Early Years Leader.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team showing flexibility and a willingness to adapt where necessary.

GTA post is paid at Salary Grade C, SCP 2-4
