What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and hardworking teaching assistant to work across the primary age range.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with primary aged children.
  • Have an understanding of how children learn and develop.
  • Be a team player who can work collaboratively with staff to support all aspects of school improvement.
  • Be an effective communicator who can build effective meaningful relationships with families and our community.
  • Embrace our school’s vision to help pupils to aspire, flourish and love.
  • Have high expectations and standards..
