What skills and experience we're looking for

The Royal School is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative geography teacher in our heavily oversubscribed all-through, day and boarding free school. The aptitude and willingness to teach a range of abilities from ages 11-18 is essential. The ability and enthusiasm to teach with a flair and passion is crucial as well as a flexibility to contribute within the department and to the development of a love of geography. An enthusiasm and commitment to fieldwork at home and abroad and evidence of successful teaching at both GCSE and A level is essential. We are looking for the best candidate to join the team so all applications are welcome and the ability to teach up to A level would be essential. There will be some teaching of RS alongside Geography.
