We have an opportunity for an ambitious Humanities teacher to join our enthusiastic, collaborative humanities department from January 2020
About You
We expect that, through leading your effective teaching and learning, all pupils will be inspired to achieve the outstanding progress that we know they are capable of. We would welcome specialisms in Geography, History and/or Citizenship for this position.
You must be thoroughly dedicated and committed to driving standards and raising achievement through the delivery of outstanding lessons. We encourage both NQTs and experienced Teachers to apply. Part-time applications will be considered for this role.
About Us
Our academy was opened in September 2013 by the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) after a £13.8m capital build. Based on Reeves Way in Peterborough, our academy has been described as a truly ‘inclusive school’ at our recent National Inclusion Quality Mark inspection, not only have we been recognised as an Inclusive School but also been awarded 'Centre of Excellence Status'. In our most recent Ofsted report, the humanities department was noted as an academy strength so you already know you will be joining a strong team of talented teachers.
