Contract: Full Time Permanent (Job share considered)
Hours: 30 Hours per week, 41 weeks per annum (Term time plus 3 weeks) 10am - 4pm (can be flexible on working pattern).

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient Governance & Compliance Manager to join us. This is a brand new role to oversee the smooth and efficient administration of the Trust Board and its committees. You will undertake delegated duties for the Company Secretary and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements, good corporate governance policies and procedures, and provision of effective clerking support to the Trust Board and its committees.
You will have knowledge of education legislation and governance, particularity at a Multi Academy Trust level, have excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate effective with people at all different levels and have experience of arranging and coordinating numerous meetings.
