Governance Clerks job summary

Soke Education Trust is looking to appoint two experienced administrators or minute takers to the role of Governance Clerk. The trust currently has six schools. This is a role that requires some flexibility but also offers a lot of autonomy about when you work too. We need someone to minute the six half termly, evening meetings at each allocated school and also spend time preparing minutes and emailing documents from home or our trust office.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience taking minutes and preparing documents.

is organised and efficient

is reliable

can maintain confidentiality

Previous experience or an understanding of school governance is an advantage but training and support will be gi
