What skills and experience we're looking for
The Role
As our Governance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Trust’s governance is effective, compliant, and aligned with best practice. You will:
• Support the efficient and effective operation of the Trust Board and its committees
• Ensure governance at all levels meets statutory and regulatory requirements
• Lead the development and continual improvement of our governance framework, systems, and processes
• Manage and coordinate governance support across the Trust

We’re looking for someone who brings:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent organisational ability and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
• Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality
• The confidence to work independently and meet tight deadlines
