Graduate Learning Support Assistant job summary
We are looking to recruit, with an immediate start, an enthusiastic and skilled Graduate Learning Support Assistant who can support our children with additional needs to achieve their full potential. Working as part of our highly effective SEND team, our ideal candidate will be a great team player who is committed to ensuring that all children achieve their very best. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates wishing to gain experience in a primary school prior to applying to train as a teacher as we have strong links to the local Teaching School Hub. Whilst experience working in schools is helpful, candidates for whom this is their first role in school will be considered as training can be provided.
We foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, drive and bravery as our core values in both our staff and our students. We believe that hiring and retaining the best staff who embody those characteristics are a prerequisite to high achievement from happy children who feel safe and supported to explore learning and developing their talents. We take care to create a friendly, stimulating, team-oriented work environment. And while our staff work hard, the Nightingale style is supportive, warm and welcoming. Why not head over to our website to take a video tour and learn more about our school? We look forward to meeting you.
