Support Staff Grade 3 - £20,584 - £25,181 FTE per annum. The pro rata salary for working 15 hours per week on a term-time only basis is £7,161.86 - £8,761.31.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The role is likely to suit a recent Graphic Design graduate or an individual that is working as a designer that may be considering a future career in Graphic Design teaching, as the term time work pattern leaves plenty of time to refine and practice your skills.

The Graphic Design department has 5 members of teaching staff and 400+ students. The department is extremely well resourced and continually delivers outstanding results, with many of our students progressing onto Graphic Design.

We are seeking an individual who displays the following characteristics:-

- A genuine passion for the subject;

- Excellent Adobe skills;

- Excellent subject knowledge with a range of digital and hands on skills;

- Desire to continue to develop Graphic knowledge and skills;

- An ability to multitask;

- An ability to be highly organised;

- Enthusiasm for working with 16-18 year old students;

- A positive commitment to the needs of students from a variety of backgrounds;

- Outstanding communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Graphic Design department within an outstanding Sixth Form College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the College.
