Grazeley Parochial Primary School - Family Support Worker job summary
The Governors are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker working with families and pupils from all year groups to offer support with a variety of challenges parents might face with their children such as attendance, bereavement, separation, emotional issues, eating difficulties, challenging behaviour and housing or money concerns.
We are seeking to appoint someone who:
