Are you a dynamic and visionary leader ready to shape the future of post-16 education? We are seeking a Group Assistant Principal to play a pivotal role in driving curriculum excellence, fostering collaboration,and ensuring continuousimprovement across our outstanding sixth form colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Lead within our dynamic matrix management structure, breaking down silos and enhancing cross-campus collaboration to improve teaching and learning experiences.
  • Curriculum & Quality Assurance: Work closely with Assistant Principals, Heads of Faculty, and Subject Leads to shape curriculum strategy, optimise resource allocation, and uphold rigorous quality standards.
    • Specifically in this instance the postholder will work with the Assistant Principal at Abbeygate 6thForm to lead on the alignment of A level subjects at ASFC and OSFC.
  • People & Performance Management: Line manage key personnel to drive continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring a high-impact learning environment.
  • Group-Wide Influence & Impact: Play a proactive and co-operative role in the corporate leadership of the Group, promoting its values and embedding best practices consistently across all colleges.
