What skills and experience we're looking for
In this role you will join the Inclusion Team and work with the Behaviour and Pastoral Team. The GRT Inclusion Manager will help improve things for the Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller (GRT) students in the school. They will also help with putting the Positive Behaviour (PB) policy into action and support students who need help from inside or outside the school.
The person in this role will make sure students are well cared for, safe, and supported in their personal growth. They will help solve problems with attendance, talk to staff, parents, and outside organisations to get help for students, and work closely with everyone involved to make sure students feel safe and enjoy school.
