The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools, is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for Hawkchurch CE Primary School to work across the school to support teaching and learning.
Hawkchurch CE Primary School is a small, rural primary school set in the beautiful village of Hawkchurch, East Devon with good transport links to both Devon and Dorset. The school provides a warm and nurturing learning environment for pupils aged 2-11 with a family atmosphere which has excellent relationships with parents/carers and the local community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.
- To deliver targeted interventions.
- To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
- To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
- You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
There is an element of Mealtime Assistant cover within this role.
