What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a rare
opportunity to join our highly committed catering team as a head cook/supervisor
in a vibrant and highly successful school with a distinct international
ethos.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced cook to lead in the preparation and cooking of food to a high standard, following menus and recipes agreed. The successful candidate will need to have experience of the preparation, cooking and service of food and demonstrate a real passion for producing food and service of a high quality.
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety is a prerequisite of the position and is of the highest level of importance to the school.

The school offers 8 languages on its curriculum and the celebration of different cultures, languages and traditions is central to its international programme which includes introducing students to food from around the world. Hours: Monday to Friday – 07:45-15:15
35 hours per week
Term time only plus 3 Training days
Salary: Scale 4 Point 7 - £20,033.75 per annum (actual gross salary)
Pay progression based on annual performance management.
