We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Academy to start April 2023 on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for all aspects of the internal organisation, professional leadership, management, and control of the school and for leading supervision over teaching and support staff in accordance with Instrument of Government.
You will share the Trust’s vision for improving educational outcomes in the North and will bring about transformational change within the communities that we serve.
As the most senior leader within the Academy, you will work with your Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent application of effective Trust systems and processes. You will use experience and innovation to drive forward school improvement to ensure that no child is left behind.
