Following our successful visit from Ofsted, in which we were graded Good in all areas, we are now embarking on our next round of recruitment to ensure the highest standard of quality teaching for our students. We require an inspiring Head of Art to join our talented, friendly and high performing Creative Arts department. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Waseley with our state-of-the-art new school which is opening in September. The successful candidate will work with and alongside a Head of Faculty who will provide the support and guidance to continue to grow a flourishing Art department.
We are a school in the Central Regions School Trust, whose mission is social justice through exceptional schools. All teachers are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. These detail the professional and particular duties required of teachers, together with requirements for Management time, Working time and Guaranteed planning and preparation time. The Trust and its schools comply with these requirements in order to make reasonable demands of teachers.
