Job description

The successful candidate will lead and facilitate the work of the partnership working amongst schools and services in Manchester to drive developments as they grow to meet the needs of pupils. You will have a pivotal role in establishing and managing systems to deploy partnership resources and promoting the inclusive values of the partnerships and shaping future SEMH provision.

● Qualified Teacher status with degree qualification (QTS Teacher Reference Number required)

Essential skills and experience

● Evidence of continuous professional development relevant to the post and demonstrating your commitment to improving the outcomes for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and SEMH.
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working with pupils with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (LDD) and or in a special or mainstream setting.
● Experience of making strategic developments across the whole organisation and being able to demonstrate impact as part of a senior team in an educational setting.
● Experience of leading and managing a team and to understand the key principles of leading a team.

Employee benefits

The salary is leadership point 8 to 20, £48,808 to £65,561 per annum, and the hours are full time.
