What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Business and Economics. Applications are welcome from both experienced Heads of Department and teachers aspiring for middle leadership. You must be able to detail evidence of resilience, dynamism and the capacity to be an outstanding middle leader. The ability to teach A Level Economics is essential. You will be responsible for assessing students against learning outcomes and ensuring all groups of students make progress.

You will be able to ensure that all groups of students at all key stages are appropriately challenged and supported to achieve their very best. You will be committed to maintaining and improving our high-quality provision.
