You will be responsible for leading and managing a small, but growing team of experienced and dedicated teachers. Aureus School is a brand new, state of the art STEAM specialist mixed comprehensive school that opened on the Great Western Park, Didcot, in 2017. As part of GLF Schools, a multi-academy trust, our mission is simple: we will strive to educate the whole student so that each individual in our community may ‘Grow, Learn and Flourish'.
As a purpose built school, Aureus has brand new state of the art IT facilities, using Google resources & latest technologies such as Visualisers and the latest SMART TV boards in every classroom enabling teachers to bring learning to life and engage our learners. With excellent wireless coverage throughout the school, we run a Windows 10 environment, using core applications MS Office 2016 and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Lesson planning and delivery is done with ease using the Google Drive and all staff and students are provided with Office 365 professional accounts as a platform for collaboration, sharing and out of school access.
