Head of Business, Economics and Finance job summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly-motivated and outstanding classroom practitioner to lead our Business, Economics and Finance Department and join our strong team of middle leaders in our pursuit of excellence. Business, Economics and Finance qualifications are very popular at Wootton Academy Trust and as such you will demonstrate a passion for teaching students across the 13 - 18 age range and have a clear vision for outstanding provision in this prevalent curriculum area.

The role will include teaching GCSE, BTEC and A Level, providing leadership and management of staff, developing enrichment opportunities for students and demonstrating the ability and commitment to securing high standards of student achievement.
