Head of Centre - Rise@GHC job summary
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and dynamic leader to the post of Head of Centre at Rise@GHC on a fixed term contract of up to one year (eg. 01 September 21 – 31 August 2022).
Rise@GHC is a specialist unit serving pupils aged 11-19 with autistic spectrum conditions living in Bracknell Forest and other local authorities. The centre is part of Garth Hill College, but operates in dedicated buildings within a fifteen-minute walk and five-minute drive of the main Garth Hill College site.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher of SEND to join the Garth Hill leadership team and play a lead role in the development of this important specialist provision in our community. As Head of Centre, the successfully appointed person will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Centre, and ensuring high quality provision and standards for all learners.
