We are looking for strong and resilient leaders capable of leading highly effective teams, in supporting colleagues and in ensuring high quality curriculum development and delivery.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner and leader to join us as our Head of Computer Science department. We are looking for someone who is positive, resilient and ambitious who wants to change the life chances of our children. You should be able to encourage learning whilst supporting colleagues to enable pupils to achieve the highest possible standards as well as share and support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and discipline of all pupils.

Lea Manor High School is fortunate to have a fantastic building that provides a superb learning environment. The school is a richly diverse community and this is something that we celebrate. Learning spaces have been carefully designed to provide optimum conditions for learning and the allocation of ICT facilities to teaching rooms is very generous.
